Artist · Mongolian woman based in the USA
"I grew up under the vast Mongolian sky, shaped by silence and open land. I carry those memories in everything I create, and try to hold a heart as wide and open as the steppe itself."
Tejka is a Mongolian-American painter working in oil and acrylic. Her practice moves between careful studies after Gustav Klimt and Vincent van Gogh and purely original works. Animals in landscape, flowers close-up, the world as she actually sees it.

Between logic and surrender
Every painting begins with structure a grid, a reference, a measured composition. Then at some point the structure becomes a constraint, and the work pushes back.
Tejka works primarily in oil and acrylic, often on large-format canvas. Her studies after Gustav Klimt and Vincent van Gogh are not just copies they are conversations.
